Howdy! We’re a family-run hotpot spot here in Austin, sharing the same warmth and flavors that filled our own kitchen growing up.

Hot pot is more than just a meal. It’s how we bring people together. Originating over 2,000 years ago in Asia, it’s a tradition that celebrates community, flavor, and food around a bubbling pot of soup.

Our mom, Jin, learned to cook in her hometown in rural China, where fresh ingredients and from-scratch meals were just a way of life. Today, she and her sons, Nelson and Nick, carry that same spirit by crafting our broth from fresh bones, gentle heat, and patience.

When the restaurant we grew up in closed during the pandemic, we decided to pull up a chair to a table named “Austin” and decided to call it home. So come join us at the dinner table. Pull up a chair, dip in your favorite ingredients, and stay awhile.
